  1. At first impression I was super pumped about this product but the more I learned about it.. not so much
The quality is terrible, I mean it's literally a toy, only market I could see this for is like my 9 + 13 year old cousins to play on.

The only cool feature is that it's built in printer.. but.. at what cost? Size, poor quality, poor usability

You're better off saving your money for like the DJI nano, and if you really wanted the "polaroid" look buy the 'Instax Mini Printer"

Boom better quality, and better user experience!

Nerd Notes: I have all the gismos you can think of, DJI, Action cams, Insta360s, Drones, you name it! Including a full professional cinematic camera setup, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. BUT if you're still here.. yes it's way more worth it to buy better quality image in a better user friend package, and then add on the "printing" experience vs "all in one" and all the features suck

  2. I like the instax film and their stand alone instax printers, but instax specific cameras are not for me. The film is more capable than any of these cameras. I don’t get it.

  3. Next time, Fuji, just skip the Instax printer, make it a proper 1080p camera with optical zoom, good codec and keep the body design. 'Eterna 8' sounds so good as a model name.

  4. The product camera is pretty cool, the rest is… Lazy. The photos are tiny, sooo tiny… QR code? WTF? Oh God. The memory sharing shit is ZGen… All regular Iphone users do it? And 15 secs of video??? Cmon Fuji… Such a half baked idea…Add a sticker of 400 quid for this novelty and I really doubt people will fall for it.

  5. As someone who uses the 15s clip mode on my action camera, I would have liked something like this but without the printer. That would reduce the cost significantly and make it viable as a supplementary camera to have.

  6. Recording a moment with your kids that lasts longer than 15 seconds. You better HOPE you remember to click that button every…..15……seconds…..This being a hard cap and not something that can be turned off is why I wont be getting this one.
