What was supposed to be a chill unboxing turned into a full-blown mission to fulfill a dream my inner child never let go of.
In this vlog-style review of the Polaroid Now Instant Camera Gen 3, I take y’all through more than just camera features—this is a story about nostalgia, healing, and the stubborn joy of finally saying “yes” to something you’ve always wanted.
This camera is more than a tool—it’s a portal.
It’s joy in physical form.
It’s proof that sometimes chaos is part of the creative process.

Firstly: love, love LOVE your energy and your kindness!! You are someone I wish I knew in person because you are such a talented, electrifying and amazing and wonderful person!
Secondly: Vee, hit the nail on the proverbial head: take your shot. I feel like the mountains are often too high to reach or that I am not equipped with the proper tools but I must start climbing no matter the distance or the weather or the time or the lack of materials.
I too have many things I wanted to do as a kid with my artwork that I never thought I’d be able to because it was hard or that I didn’t have the knowledge or the skills or the patience or the materials to, and to this day there are some things I haven’t touched yet but I know I will be soon! This video has given me immense inspiration and confidence to lead the way into what is shaped and made for me. That the child in me can animate, can create stories that will stand the tests of time, that will make art and go placed I may never see, to become immortal in my work beyond my flesh.
I appreciate you always, love you and can’t wait to see more videos from you!
Just a quick tip!! Film is best stored in a fridge for long term storage. It elongates the film’s shelf life, since the chemistry in the film degrades over time. Also on the note of albums; Polaroid sells some, and I recently got one. Filling it up with timeless moments has been soo exciting.
Thank you for this video. You made it so easy to love the camera. Some people get too technical and I don't get it. For the everyday use I think you have convinced me. God bless.
They are now of bad quality. Therefore I rejected this idea to buy it. Its not worth it. Only for unboxing 😏.
Congrats on your new camera. Alyways good to see people get into analog photography again.
4:01 😭 lol , anyways I like to see that someone is making a video abount this cammera .
This one was personal, y’all. I really didn’t expect to get emotional over a camera—but that’s what happens when you finally give your inner child what she’s been asking for all along.
If you’ve ever circled back to a childhood dream or treated yourself to something you used to think was out of reach, I’d love to hear about it in the comments. Let’s celebrate the little versions of us who never stopped believing.
Also… shoutout to Target for eventually coming through!
Thanks for watching and supporting this journey—more art + healing on the way.
