Polaroid is back with the third generation of their entry-level Now series, which features an autofocus system that picks between two lenses for focus. The Now series has unfortunately been plagued with unreliable exposure and focus systems, so I was curious to see if the Gen 3 fixed it, especially since there are no easily visible differences between the Gen 2 and Gen 3 cameras.

"little better than a fixed focus like the onestep closer" its practically the same thing except this does the closeup for you, the closeup lens on the onesetp closeup is immaculate when you know how to make the most of it
I feel the opposite. The film is more capable than the camera’s out there. Then there is the cost of a single print. Ouch!
Yes I used the Polaroid now camera and it sucks. Especially for how expensive it is as a whole. Definitely disappointed and not worth it.
Good review. Thanks.
Great video. Thank you. In 1976 I got a Polaroid sx70 land camera, I believe that's what it was called, and I loved and enjoyed that camera so much I would like to get a new one. Sounds like they are not as good as they use to be 😢 But maybe enough to be "fun" to use. Because you use a camera everyday, I think the battery/film back was a good idea, jmho. Look forward to watching your video on the new camera. Great video.
Big companies do not care about the environment. They just trying to make you believe they care 🙂
I just got my Polaroid Now Gen 3 in Christmas Eve. I've read all sorts of instructions and followed them. I'm here to tell you it's the biggest piece of junk I've ever bought. I have real cameras…good ones. I wanted one where I could just hand out pics immediately for fun times. I am so unhappy with this one! I got one for Christmas '79. I wish I still had that one! This one looks like it never finishes processing. I've used TWO packs of 8 and no matter how different I do things, they all turn out like that!
Polaroid is no longer a NOW…it's a has been lost in the 1970s. It lacks innovation and design. 60 yrs. you'd think they get it right, ESPECIALLY focusing. Their bread & butter isn't the camera, it's the film. My friend gifted me one from the 1980s…it's a POS IMO!! LOL!! 🤣😂🤣
At least reviewrs like "just another Chris" shows exmples and test the cameras like gen2 and gen 3 in the same environment and side by side…and the gen 3 seems to have a much better rendition. Well I guess I'm gonna trust the work I can see…Cheers

is this good for bird photography?
just bought a polaroid, knowing nothing about cameras and photography all i really need is for it to pass the "bar test" where you can take a decent picture as a memento on a night out at a smoky bare with your friends. also i chose polaroid over the instax mini (which almost seems to be the only alternative people are selling here) mostly because of the photo shape. i like the square photo polaroid makes.
If someone can recommend a better alternative that has the same square shaped film as polaroid i'd greatly appreciiate it.
Omg this guys talks to camera without properly reviewing the product, bruh show us, explain us, do a damn tutorial, we dont want to see ur face
Great thorough review. Thank you so much.
You're so gorgeous!
