Is it possible to take a photo without immediate print?
I sent mine back. I have a Polaroid one step from the eighties that works just as good. Let’s be honest it’s a crapshoot whether the photo comes out or not.
I'm gonna pass on the flip. The wide spread of the sonar is kind of a dealbraker for me. My impulse af has the classic polaroid narrow sonar, which is much better.
Hello! Nice videos! I’m new to instant photography, I have a quick question if you don’t mind: In other YouTube channels I have heard that one of the best new Polaroid cameras is the “OneStep2 Stranger Things” edition, as it was upgraded and photos are really sharp, etc; even today in June 2025. What do you think of that special edition camera and statement and if which one would you prefer, this Flip one or the Stranger Things edition? Thank you very much

Polaroid Community: I just purchased my first Polaroid camera, the Polaroid Flip. Yeah!!! FYI, I connected my camera with the Polaroid app and noticed that there was a firmware update. The update is. The newest Flip update appears to be (version 1.0.5). I did the update and everything seems fine, no issues before, either. The curiosity he sent me to the web to find out what the update entailed. No mention anywhere of what was addressed in the newest 1.0.5 release. Does anybody have the information? Thank you.

I received my Polar Flip a week ago and it is worth the buck! The light indicator on the viewfinder is so helpful that I barely waste a shot. However, sometimes I got a blank dark shot because I remember taking a shot behind a door or something. It could be from the smart flash thing which I wasn’t aware of but that’s just a rare occurrence btw.
I’ve had the camera for a few weeks and it’s the best camera the new Polaroid company has made so far.
There is a focus toggle, sort of, with the app. You can select the focus range there (I know is not as user friendly as a fisical toogle).
